Bungoma Senator Moses has taken an early lead in the region senatorial race.

By press time, Wetangula who is also the Ford Kenya leader was at 71% with 94 votes.

His closest rival Juma Mukwana of ODM had 16 votes at 12%.

The county has 559,850 registered voters
