End of a month has always been a good time for many of us who work and expect payments. It is the time when many people will put smiles on their faces walking down ATM machines and banks. 

However, this has never been a good time for most of the ladies aged 12 to 50. This is the time most of them will be experiencing their pre-menstrual syndrome. The painful abdominal cramps, depression, insomnia, mood swings, food craving and even back ache have been the worst to women.

Women should not be worried again, as there are ways one can cope with the entire pre-menstrual syndrome they go through. 

There are several homemade remedies one can try to fix 70% of the pre-menstrual syndrome. 

The research carried out shows that 10% of these syndromes can be severe that calls for medical attention like severe pains and depression.

You can avoid some of the symptoms if you follow the following:

i. Avoid alcoholic drinks and smoking. Alcohol alters moods and can lead to depression.

ii. Do exercises. Exercises will help one avoid the back pains and even abdominal pains.

iii. Get enough sleep.

iv. Eat a lot of chocolate to help lower levels of hormones in the body, responsible for causing the symptoms.

It is worth noting that some of these symptoms can never be avoided. One can only be free when pregnant or past menopause.
