Here are the ingredients to be used in preparation:

One cup of all-purpose flour

Half baking powder

One tablespoon of sugar

Dash of salt

A single large egg

Three tablespoons of melted butter

One cup of buttermilk

Steps of preparations:

Mix together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir. Use a whisk to mix buttermilk and an egg until they form a smooth mixture. Thoroughly stir in the melted butter.

Pre-heat a non-stick pan over medium heat with one tablespoon of oil on it.

Measure ¼ of pancake batter and pour on the hot pan. When the pancake turns brown, flip to cook the opposite side.

Keep warm in oven heated to 275degrees Celsius.
