Ngilu alleges that UhuRuto are using state resources to entice voters, a move she said contravenes the election laws.

The former Lands Cabinet Secretary accuses UhuRuto of treating public resources as their own.

She asked voters to eat Jubilee’s money but vote for the National Super Alliance presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga on August 8.

She said that Jubilee will be defeated miserably in the August 8 polls.

The governor hopeful said that re-electing Jubilee will be like burying the country in a deep political grave.

“Jubilee must be voted out for failing to advocate the interests of Kenyans and treating state resources as their own,” she said as quoted by the People Daily.

On Thursday last week, NASA accused Jubilee of using state resources to campaign for re-election.

The Raila Odinga led alliance has since written to the Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko asking him to order arrest and prosecution of Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) using state resources to campaign for Uhuru’s re-election.

NASA has threatened to move to court if Tobiko’s office fails to arrest and prosecute the named CSs after the expiry of seven days.
