People have embraced morning jogging for various reasons; to lose weight, for general fitness or for relaxation and leisure. Either way, there things you have to put in mind to make your jogging fun and more effective.Have adequate sleep. Go to sleep early. This ensures that the body gets enough rest and you will not struggle to jog in the morning. Also, set an alarm to enable you wake up on time.Have good clothing. Get a good running suit that is not too heavy. Purchase a good pair of sport shoes that are light and comfortable at the same time. However, if it is chilly, don’t freeze yourself. Take with you a light jacket, and feel free to take it off when your body gradually heats up.Fuel before running. Fuelling doesn’t mean a whole heavy breakfast. First hydrate yourself. You can take plain water, cucumber water or fresh juice. Also, you can take something light, maybe some fruit portion. Avoid coffee and energy drinks.Warm up. Don’t wake up straight out of the bed and pick up the run. Do some light stretches or jump a little bit. You can also jog on the spot. When stretching, do it gently and hold the stretches for a few seconds.As you jog, learn to control your breathing. To ensure maximum oxygen intake, jog while your back is straight and not hunched over. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth, and not the other way.
