The Thirdway Alliance party leader Ekuru Aukot has expressed his joy moments after High Court ordered IEBC to include his name in October 26 repeat election.The ruling was made by Justice John Mativo on Wednesday morning.Speaking to journalists after the ruling, Aukot thanked the court for its pronouncement."I just want to thank the court and we welcome this judgement. For us it is absolutely important because it goes just beyond my candidature. It is about the protection of the constitution and the will of of people," said Aukot."One of our pillars as the Thirdway Alliance is to protect and implement the constitution, devolution and the rule of law. So we stood firm with that regardless of what the circumstances were and today we have reaped the benefits of our plea in the constitution," added Aukot.
