Thirdway Alliance Party leader Dr Ekuru Aukot has said he plans to launch his own resistance movement.

Making the announcement, Aukot called on supporters to ignore the National Resistance Movement (NRM) formed by National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga.

Through his twitter account, Aukot maintained that he is the official opposition disimising NRM as a movement that was playing games.

"As the 'official' opposition leader I will be launching the real Resistant Movement. Ignore and now RESIST his Kalongolongo," stated Aukot in reference to Odinga's resistance movement

On Thursday, NASA officially launched its movement with plans to distabilize the Jubilee government through civil disobedience.

Among the companies are Safaricom, Bidco and Brookside.
