Kenyans have been urged to use Easter celebrations to forgive one another and live as brothers and sisters.
The Uasin Gishu chairman of gospel ministers Bishop Wilson Kurui said Kenyan's should remember how Christ suffered shameful death to save mankind.
Kurui also advised Kenyans to "keep no record of wrong because we are a blessed Nation called Kenya".
"I want to call upon Kenyans from all divide to live harmoniously with each other and should refrain from being divided by politicians basing on their political or tribal affiliations," said Bishop Kurui in Eldoret town, Sunday.
"Politicians should also serve Kenyans tirelessly without looking for their personal interests but that of their electorates as Christ died for the sake of our sins," he added
The Uasin Gishu chairman of gospel ministers further called upon President Uhuru Kenyatta and the opposition leader Raila Odinga to start the peace campaigns across the country following the infamous handshake.
"We want to see actions and not mere rhetorics since the country is sharply divided due to the hotly contested presidential elections," noted Bishop Kirui.
