A School in Elgeyo Marakwet County was ranked last in the 2016 Kenya Certificate of Secondary School Education (KCSE) examination.

Kipkongorwa Secondary school broke record by posting the worst results in the history of KCSE since its inception in 1985.

According to the recently released KCSE results, out of the 29 candidates who sat for the exam, the best student scooped a D- (D-Minus) while the rest (28) scored E.

The institution also, in overall performance scored an E.

Kenyans as usual, on Sunday took to social media to criticise Senator Murkomen who they accused of being too loud in defending what the called a corrupt government when students at his county had nothing to show in school performance.

"They find themselves at the bottom of KCSE 2016 and worst ever school in history of KCSE yet their senator is ever on the Sky abusing other leaders like Senator Gideon Moi, Isaac Ruto and even Baba!" said one Janko Jaja on Facebook.

"Yes, this school is in a Jubilee stronghold, they are in government eating steak..."
