Sheikh Naaman Uthman, a religious scholar based in Mombasa, has asked parents to embrace and encourage children who did not perform well in KCSE 2017. He said that it was wrong for parents to condemn their children simply because they did not get a grade that will take them to institutions of higher learning.''We cannot all pass examinations. Children have different talents that determine their futures more than examinations,'' Shiekh Naaman Uthman said.He also called on the government to come up with programs that would benefit those children that did not do well in national exams.
