The Orange Democatic Movement (ODM) has been told to brace itself for a phenomenal defeat in the 2017 polls if it can't embrace internal democracy.
Speaking during a radio breakfast show on Monday,The National Alliance (TNA) secretary general Onyango Oloo said the Orange party was solely to blame for their current predicament in which party members continue to quit for the rival Jubilee coalition.
"All these mess in ODM currently finds itself in is because it has failed to uphold democracy. They like frustrating members who are keen on reforming the party and they will see dust in the next polls," he told Radio Maisha.
However, in a swift rejoinder, Homabay Town MP Peter Opondo Kaluma told off Onyango saying that Jubilee had compromised some Cord legislators by bribing them. Opondo insisted that all those who had indicated a desire to ditch ODM would not be re elected in their respective constituencies.
