Celebrated Journalist Larry Madowo has finally exited Nation Media Group, ending many weeks of speculation surrounding his future at Twin Towers. And immediately after his exit, his former colleague at the media house Enock Sikololia hailed the former Anchor as a ' great man'.
Madowo of the Trend fame is the latest big name to leave the giant media house which has seen a mass exodus of Journalists in the past few months. Of course, his decision to leave the Aga Khan-owned Nation Media comes barely a month after the then NTV Manager Linus Kaikai left.
While hailing his former colleague, Sikolia who is a political reporter wished him the best.
" Bingwa @LarryMadowo, all the best. You are a great man and I'm sure NTV will miss you brother. I'm certain God has great plans for you even as you take another step in your career. Was great working with you brother. Cheers," he posted on his Facebook page.
Madowo who joined the Kimathi Street media house nearly seven years was among the longest serving Anchors and is remembered for hosting the popular #theTrend show.
