Kisii and Nyamira counties education stakeholders have been challenged to join and come up with a positive idea to improve education standards in Gusii region.
According to Borabu MP aspirant, Yobesh Nyandoro education standards in Gusii region are poor and there is a need for all stakeholders to cooperate to make sure there is positive growth in the region.
Speaking on Tuesday at Rigoko secondary school in Borabu Nyamira County during a school fundraiser Nyandoro called on stakeholders to look for an idea to salvage Gusii region in the education sector.
“Education standard in Gusii is not improving let all education stakeholders come up with ideas to promote education standards as we move forward,” said Nyandoro.
Nyandoro urged gusii residents to be united to get fruits of development as 2017 election approaches.
Sh600,000 was raised during a fundraiser and Nyandoro contributed Sh70,000.
