The church has urged the national government to help them with resources which they will use to sensitise people about leadership and on how to choose able leaders who can transform the nation.

According to Southern Nyanza Anglican Diocese of Kisii Bishop John Orina, the church has got many people who need civic education on leadership and on how to elect good leaders.

Therefore, he challenged the Government to help the churches with resources which will enable them to organise such meetings to sensitise them.

‘”The church is playing an important role in the country we urge the  government to help us with resources in which we are going to use for sensitising people about leadership and who they are supposed to elect," said Orina.“It has reached a time for the church needs to be given resources which will help to transform this nation by teaching people about leadership and what kind of people they need to elect, he added.
