Dr Fred Matiang'i at Our Lady of Mercy, Shauri Moyo School [Photo/Star]A Citizen TV's news reporter was on Tuesday told off by the Education CS Dr Fred Matiang'i, for posing a question which the CS was 'not ready' to answer. Accompanied by his ICT counterpart John Mucheru outside the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development(KICD) moments after releasing the 2017 KCPE results, a journalist attached to Citizen TV approached him for a short follow-up interview. Towards the end of the interview, the reporter posed at Matiang'i, "...just as you leave, so when do we expect KCSE results? "  The CS responded "wee bwana..." eliciting laughter from the dignitaries present. Matiang'i further added, "...enda ukule lunch, we are doing exams alafu unaanza siasa kwa kazi."The CS is in charge of the Education and the Interim Internal Security CS. A great transformation has been seen in the education sector since Matiang'i was appointed in 2015.
