Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has appealed to the National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principals Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula to endorse Raila as the coalition's flag bearer.Speaking during an interview on KTN News on Wednesday, Joho said Raila remains NASA’S best bet to send the Jubilee government home in the August 8 polls.According to Joho, Raila has the political experience and numbers to unseat President Uhuru Kenyatta’s government.He said what Raila needs is the support of the other NASA principals to send Uhuru home.“Raila is our best bet to unseat the Jubilee government and I appeal to Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi to rally behind him,” he said.The Mombasa governor vowed to campaign for Raila’s presidential bid if endorsed by NASA and make sure that UhuRuto are send packing.Joho at the same time urged NASA principals to remain united saying it is the only way to send Jubilee home.The county boss asked President Kenyatta to brace up for a humiliating defeat in August.Joho said Jubilee’s tyranny of numbers will not work for them this time round, adding that NASA has the numbers to unseat them.NASA is under pressure to unveil its presidential candidate.Last week, reports emerged that Raila had been picked as the flag bearer with Kalonzo as his deputy, claims that were rubbished by other three principals who maintained that the alliance is yet to pick their presedential candidate.NASA principals today (Wednesday) welcomed Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto to the Alliance at the Bomas of Kenya.
