A bank attendant at Equity Mwingi branch credit sector who was accused of stealing Sh1million has been released on Sh200,000 cash bail.Roy Mutugi, as he was identified was accused of stealing the money on different dates.

The court found out that Sh200,000 was stolen on July 3 and Sh800,000 between October 3 and October 7.Mutugi was arraigned in Mwingi Law Courts during which he denied the claims and was granted an alternative of Sh 500,000 bond.The case will be heard again on the 22 of February 2018 as recorded by The Star.
