Equity Bank Limited is holding a two-day mentorship workshop in Athi River town.
The training is meant for beneficiaries of the Equity Bank Foundation's Wings To Fly program from Mavoko Sub County.
"We have come to mentor the scholars and their parents or care-givers with an intent of motivating them to work harder in school," said the area Wings to fly chairman Dr. Bishop Nicholas Muli.
Muli spoke to this writer at St Jude Catholic Church where the workshop is taking place on Thursday.
He said the two-day workshop will end on Friday.
Muli said the form one to three students will share their experiences during the workshop.
He said experts will counsel and give them motivational talks in presence of their guardians.
Wings to Fly Program was started by the Equity Bank Foundation in 2010 to support underprivileged children in the society across the nation.
