Thirteen Ethiopians were on Thursday arrested in Parklands over illegal stay.
The men are said to have rented a house temporarily as they were on their way to South Africa.
According to police, they are looking for the smuggler behind the syndicate as they prepare to present the suspects in court.
Police and immigration officials have decried the high number of Ethiopian aliens nabbed in the country while on transit to either Tanzania or South Africa.
