Google has released top searches by Kenyans in 2016.

Top on the list is the Euro 2016, held in France, between June 10- July 10.

US President Elect Donald Trump was the second most searched by Kenyans. The company says this is an indication that Kenyans keenly followed the US elections.

Third in the trending searches is the Olympics Games 2016, held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

Controversial businessman Jacob Juma, who was shot dead on May 5, was also searched by many Kenyans on Google.

The late former First Lady Lucy Kibak, musician Achieng’ Abura, Legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, Hillary Clinton also attracted a lot of local audiences in Kenya.
