Former IEBC chief executive officer James Oswago, co-accused Trevor Oyombra and Ali Kibwana have been released on cash bail after they denied charges in relation to the 'Chickengate' saga.
Oswago and Kibwana have been freed on Sh600,000 cash bail, while Oyombra was released on Sh1 million cash bail.
Ethics and Anti-corruption detectives Wednesday morning arrested the three over the Chickengate scandal.
Oyombra is suspected to have been the mastermind behind the Sh46 million bribery scandal involving the printing of 2010 referendum ballot papers, and Shinyalu and Bamachoge by-elections.
Other accomplices in the scandal, had already been imprisoned in the United Kingdom.
Prosecutors in the UK alleged that the Kenyan electoral officials were paid a sum of Sh46 million bribe to award the printing tender to a British firm, Smith & Ouzman.
