The outgoing Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) commissioners are on Tuesday expected to meet and decide whether Raila Odinga is fit to vie for electoral post.
According to the IEBC Executive Ezra Chiloba, the nine commissioners led by Thomas Letangule would decide the Cord leader's 2017 presidential ambition.
This is after he failed to open and file campaign accounts details with the agency, before the set December 8, 2016.
IEBC had warned that aspirants and political parties that would not beat the deadline, would be locked out of the 2017 elections.
Raila had opposed the IEBC directive, saying it was illegal for aspirants to disclose their campaign accounts.
