Former Member of Parliament for Bonchari constituency in Kisii County Protus Kebati has attacked Interior CS Fred Matiang'i for harassing foreigners instead of concentrating to beef up security in this country.
The grey-haired MP said Matiang'i should focus all his energy to ensure Kenyans are protected by police officers instead of harassing foreigners.
"Matiang'i should be ignored because he is targeting to intimidate foreigners following his latest threats on the aliens.
"Foreigners should be allowed to process for work permits and citizenship at the immigration offices and not Matiang'i going for them. Let him concentrate in ensuring Kenyans are safe 24 hours a day," he said.
Kebati noted that Matiang'i should consider improving the living conditions for the police officers who are committed to ensure no enemy attacks the country.
"I have never heard Matiang'i saying that he will improve the living conditions for police officers. He is doing work that is not beneficial to Kenyans with the intention to become famous in this country," he said.
According to Kebati, Matiang'i's latest orders on foreigners clearly shows that he is a dictator who should not be allowed to hold any public office because poor citizens will suffer under his leadership.
