According to the former lawmaker, he opted to farming and decided to avoid politics because to relieve himself from political temperatures.

“Politics is too hot and at times a break is necessary. I love farming especially rearing dairy cows which can produce enough milk for family consumption and selling,” he said.

The politician said he owns dairy cows at his one acre farm in Ongata Rongai home which produces over 3,500 liters which he suppliers to Kenya seed and hospitals.

Farming has no a lot of pressure compared to politics. I have invested in dairy farming because it is enriching as I relax my mind from politics,” said Magara.

He said he bought computerized machines which are being used to milk the cows.

"I have embraced technology in my farming by using modern and computerized machines to milk and the machines can’t milk sick cows,” he added.

Magara called on political losers not to be desperate and instead venture into activities which will keep them busy and wait until 2022.
