The High Court is today, Monday, expected to issue a ruling on the Sh180 million Youth Enterprise Development Fund scam, in which former chairman Bruce Odhiambo has been implicated.
The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions confirmed postponement of the case which had been scheduled for a hearing on Friday last week.
Odhiambo, the Fund's Acting Chief Executive Catherine Namuye among eleven other suspects were recommended for prosecution in May by the Parliamentary Investments Committee (PIC).
The Aldas MP Adan Keynan-led committee said investigations linked the said suspects in the scam.
In an investigative report tabled in Parliament, PIC also recommended that Quorandum Ltd CEO Mukuria Ngamau who is alleged to have received a share of the money, be investigated and prosecuted.
