Estranged Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna has termed his five days under police detention as 'traumatizing and unacceptable' in an exclusive video taken at Kajiado High Court.

Moments after declining to take plea on alleged administration of illegal oath and participating in an authorized meeting, Miguna was deported by government to Canada.

"They took me to at least three different police cells and only the one at industrial area was a bit decent," he said.

Miguna further said: "They had lined up to 30 people to sodomize me and I have evidence. I did not take their food."

Also, Miguna termed police as crooks adding that they kept taking him around to make unidentified locations.

Despite Justice Luka Kimaru's order to have him presented in person at Milimani law courts, the IG Joseph Boinet and CID boss George Kinoti defied the order.
