Arama said Raila and the Opposition is full of 'dictatorship'.

"Raila and ODM must learn to embrace people with divergent opinion and not dictate things, they must know we are in a democratic country," he said.

"I dare Raila to expel me from the party as they have hinted. I am not afraid of a by-election," he added.

Arama is among  Opposition MPs who have defected to the Jubilee party.

Arama has already declared that he will defend his seat on a Jubilee party ticket in the next year's polls. On Monday, the orange party threatened to expel all the MPs who have openly joined Jubilee.
