A detailed study of Supreme Court report that may have guided four judges to nullify president Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory coincides with the a number of explosive details in the Wafula Chebukati  secret memo.

On Monday, the IEBC chair confirmed writing a secret memo to CEO Ezra Chiloba in which he demanded explanation to a number of issues.

The report that was compiled by Supreme Court registrar Esther Nyaiyaki revealed a number of issues including alleged fake Forms 34Bs and 34A with a number of them missing security features.

From the scrutiny, 56 Forms 34B lacked watermarks while an additional 31 did not bare serial numbers, a necessary requirement in the IEBC contract with Al Ghurair.

And in Chebukati’s memo, the chairman demanded to know why the commission used forms that did not bare security features as agreed before.

The revelation by Chebukati further backs Supreme Court report and NASA claims that most forms used were not authentic as required.

Although the report only disclosed that IEBC did not have access to servers to all parties as required by the court, Chebukati however, ascertained NASA’s claims that his account was used to transfer and delete files from the main system.
