For weeks now, Miguna has openly accused Raila of allegedly working with Jubilee to deny him entry to the country.

"The government had booked a flight for me when I arrived. Raila arrived late at JKIA and seemingly, we came to ensure I am deported," said Miguna.

At London's King's College, Raila narrated how he tried to help Miguna from the airport only to realise that he had not surrendered his passport for clearance.

The former Prime Minister further said that in his deal with President Uhuru Kenyatta, the return of Miguna Miguna, who was first deported in February, was among key agreements.

"I am the one who brought Miguna to NASA and he is the one who swore me as People's President.

" And I raised the issue with Uhuru myself. I said Miguna must be part of the handshake package and I talked to Miguna myself and asked him to come back," claimed Raila.

Last week, Miguna cancelled his trip to Nairobi insisting that the government had refused to clear him in compliance with 13 court orders.

But Raila said the outspoken lawyer should now visit Kenya's embassy in Ottawa and present his papers for processing.
