[Photo/courtesy]IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba is demanding an apology from a lobby group which filed a petition in court to challenge IEBC's chair Wafula Chebukati's new team that was appointed to replace Chiloba and his Secretariat ahead of the October 17 presidential repeat poll.Kenya Independent Commissions Workers Union moved to the Labour and Industrial Relations court to defend Chiloba and his team from being suspended.However, through a letter dated Friday, addressed to Wambui Ndegwa Law firm, the IEBC CEO has asked the union to remove his name from the case saying he did not ask to go to court on his behalf.Chiloba has further demanded an apology from the lobby group.The new team appointed to replace Chiloba and team include Marijan Hussein Marijan, Salome Oyugi, Decimah Mmanyi, Crispine Owiye, Joseph Ayatta, Joyce Ekuam, Tabitha Mutemi, Limus Onyango, and Caroline Manyange.
