Her name is Hawa Kosar. 

She is a small-scale businesswoman. 

She took it upon herself to single-handedly raise Duale and his other siblings.

 Since the family was extremely poor, the MPs mother resorted to the selling of firewood and maize to raise her children.

 As fate would have been, Duale 's mother today resides in a lavish house built by his hardworking son.
