Opposition leader Raila Odinga attended a Church service at the ACK Church in Makina, Kibra, Nairobi County, where he interacted with Christian faithful. 

During the Sunday service, Odinga urged Kenyans to remember the Holy Scripture which says that "Faith without works is dead." 

He quoted the verse in the Bible, saying 2017, was a year of change.  

''I take great pleasure in interacting with Christian faithful at the ACK Church in Makina, Kibra. 

I urge the people of Kenya to remember the Holy Scripture, James 2:14 which says that "Faith without works is dead."  

''We must go beyond words and support our beliefs with actions. This year, is a year of change for Kenya where each one of us must actively participate. Your vote is your solemn duty to your country,'' he added. 

Accompanied by governor Dr Evans Kidero, Kibra lawmaker Ken Okoth, Raila also attended another service at ACK Holy Trinity Kibra.
