In a tweet on Sunday, KRCS clarified that it only advertises job vacancies through its official platforms as well as the daily newspapers in the country.

The organization further insisted that it does solicit any registration fee from applicants as captured in the fake recruitment poster.

"We warn members of the public not to fall victim to this fake recruitment. KRCS only advertises jobs on its official platforms and daily newspapers. Also, It does not charge applicants any registration fee," clarified KRCS in the tweet.

In the fake job poster shared by Career Site-Africa, KRCS is seeking to recruit nursing officers and first aid attendants who are to be deployed in a number of counties including Marsabit, Wajir, Isiolo, Garissa, Mandera among others.

The poster further cites that the requirements of the job are one year experience, diploma or degree in community health nursing from a recognized institution, strong communication skills among others.

KRCS joins the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) that has also dismissed a fake campaign poster alleging that the organization is seeking to hire enumerators for the 2019 census.
