A family in Itumbe Kisii county have been left worried after a father of four went into hiding upon receiving a tea bonus amounting to Sh200,000.

According to the wife, the man received a notification that the money had been credited to his account and said he was going upgrade their home.

"My husband left to earn the bonus on Friday but he hasn't come back home, we've tried to trace where he is but in vain," she said.

The wife however said she is suspecting the husband is having some 'good' time with some Kisii town women.
