Nairobi lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi on Saturday ran a Twitter poll to determine how candidates for the Garissa Township MP would fare if elections were held today.
In the poll, 50 per cent of the lawyer's followers who voted said they will back Wiper Deputy Party leader Farah Maalim.
Nationally Assembly Majority leader Aden Duale (Jubilee) garnered 33 percent of the 4,205 votes cast.
Others were ODM’s Nasir Dolal who got 14 per cent, while Amani National Congress’s Captain Abdi Yarre managed a 3 per cent of the votes.
The contest has been predicted to be a two-horse race between Jubilee's Aden Duale and Wiper’s Farah Maalim.
