Abdirahman Hussein, the father to Ramla Abdirahman Hussein and Maimuna Abdirahman Hussein filed an affidavit at the Mombasa High Court asking to be given a go-ahead to bury the deceased.

The two were in a group of three women who were gunned down on Sunday  after attempting to attack Mombasa Central Police Station.

Abdirahman wants to bury the two without conducting a procedural postmortem.

In presenting the affidavit, Abdirahman was accompanied by Haki Africa officials led by director Hussein Khalid.

They were referred to Mombasa County Police headquarters before heading to the crime scene at Central Police Station as directed.

His request was declined by officers who urged that they were awaiting communication from Anti-Terror Police Unit in Nairobi and the government pathologist.

The deceased bodies are lying at the Coast General Hospital mortuary.
