There is great unease in Jubilee sparked by the prospect of rebels being rewarded with state jobs in Uhuru Kenyatta's second term.
That deep fear was expressed by Pokot South's MP David Psoking while participating in a panel discussion on NTV.
Psoking said that Jubilee MPs would be very keen during the vetting period to make sure that only those who demonstrated unwavering loyalty to Jubilee would be approved.
''We will ensure that those who pass the vetting process are people who are loyal. Everybody is now pretending to be loyal so that two, three years down the line they will start causing trouble. We have people who were awarded in Uhuru's first term and ended up causing trouble during the campaigns.'' A stern Psoking said.
There has been jostling for state jobs by many people some of whom were in the opposition.
Those most concerned about rebels being rewarded are MPs from Rift Valley who fear that such a move might endanger William Ruto's presidential ambitions.
