Ford Kenya Party leader Moses Wetangula has accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of being a 'crying baby' in the war against graft.
Wetangula who is Bungoma Senator said the fact that the President has surrendered in the war against graft is enough reason for him to be voted out in the forthcoming election.
His sentiments come barely a week after Uhuru expressed frustration with high levels of corruption in government where he blamed State agencies for frustrating his efforts to fight graft.
However, Wetangula said the president should take full responsibility and that he should not spare anybody in the fight against corruption.
He added that he (Uhuru) will only succeed in the fight if he takes a 'bold' action against senior government officials implicated.
"Let the President take a firm action on the 'big fish' of corruption, starting with his senior government officials. If he is defeated, then his political obituary will be written," he said.
The Cord co-principal was also quick to take a swipe at the President's failed deliverables and said only opposition will save the country should they be given a chance to lead.
Wetangula also allayed fears that the coalition is headed for a break-up with only 10 months remaining to the next general election.
He said the Cord team was united and ready to take over leadership mantles in 2017.
