Jubilee Vice-Chair Mr David Murathe has finally weighed in on alleged death threats directed at Governor Sonko.
Murathe said that the death threats allegations that Sonko was making were just tantrums, wondering why anyone would want to take the flamboyant governor out.
''I am not aware that PS Kibicho has threatened Governor Sonko. He is just throwing tantrums and why would anyone be interested in taking him out. There is absolutely no reason. There are ways of dealing with some of these problems,'' the Jubilee Vice-Chair said.
His words come hardly days after Mike Sonko claimed that PS Kibicho had issued death threats against him.
Murathe added that he had tried to summon Sonko on various occasions and struck agreements with him but Sonko had proved difficult.
''Sonko is my friend, he comes to my house,'' he said.
