A concerned Kenyan fired a question through Jeff Koinange to arguably Kenya's most talented soccer duo Macdonald Mariga and Victor Wanyama: When are you guys getting married?
The two took pause before responding to the question.
They appeared to have been caught by surprise.
They did not see it coming but it came.
Mariga said that his career came first and would marry when the right time came, a response that was also echoed by Victor Wanyama.
The time was not right was the answer.
''I think eeeh... I think it is a difficult question. Career comes first and then marrying comes later,'' Mariga said.
''I think when the right time comes, it will happen. It is just a matter of time,'' Victor Wanyama said.
