The First African Employers Summit will take place from the May 5- 7 2016 in Naivasha.

Federation of Kenyan Employers ( FKE) says the theme of the summit is “Promoting Business Growth and Entrepreneurship for Job Creation.”

The summit has been organised by Business Africa in collaboration with the Federation of Kenya Employers with support from the International Labour Organisation and the International Organisation of Employers.

The event will provide an opportunity for debate and practical solutions on the role Africa’s business community can play alongside governments in addressing unemployment and enterprise growth.

The Chief Guest will be President Uhuru Kenyatta, in the event that will bring together top executives and resource persons from ILO, Business Africa, World Bank, McKinsey & Company as well as top business and policy leaders from the government and the private sector.

Employer representatives from the following countries among others will be in attendance: Mali, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Benin, Morocco, Burkina Faso, Algeria and Ghana.
