First Lady Margaret Kenyatta has asked women to stand with President Uhuru Kenyatta in the October 26 repeat presidential election.
She said that taking the president back to State House would ensure she accomplishes her dream of securing maternal health in the country.
While addressing Maendeleo ya Wanawake members at Narok County Stadium, Ms Kenyatta said women and children occupied a special place in her heart and that it will be her joy to see them benefit more from different projects under her office.
“Uhuru Kenyatta and the Jubilee government have fulfilled most of their 2013 promises.
"I can confirm the President is committed to transforming the lives of Kenyans, you vote for him and we will continue with what we have started together,” she said.
