The event will be led by various youthful leaders among them the National Youth Council Chairman-Nyamira Chapter Duke Masira, Nyamira Youth Council Chairman Duke Ombagi , Nyamira Youth Network President Justus Maeche and Nyamira Youth Senate Chairman Justus Mogire.
During the event, there will be a football tournament, medical camp and the launch of a summit and the day will end with the launch of a performance report on the county government.
“We are entering into an MoU with a national credible market and research firm which in the coming days will conduct a poll survey on the county’s performance,” Gisesa said.
“The survey will also extend to elected officials in the county," he added.
The performance survey is set to capture the performance of governor John Nyagarama, deputy governor Amos Nyaribo, members of the County Executive, Senator Mong’are Bwokong’o, Women Representative Alice Chae, county secretary Eric Aori, speaker Joash Nyamoko and MCAs.
“During the occasion, youth will also have the honour of rewarding outstanding officials of the county government and Members of the County Assembly who will have served the people of Nyamira exemplarily,” Ombagi added.
