[Photo|MN]Unconfirmed reports indicate that at least five people have been injured, and scores displaced, during Deputy President William Ruto's tour of Migori County, Wednesday.It is reported that Kenyans of the Kuria and Luo communities in the area clashed, on what is believed to be political differences.The incident happened at Karamu area in Kuria West and Suna West borders, as Ruto visited the area to popularize President Uhuru Kenyatta's presidential campaign, ahead of the October 26th fresh presidential election.The clash is as well believed to be ethnic, given that similar cases have been reported in the county, in the past.By the time of this publication, local authorities had not confirmed the incident.Police arrived to contain the clashes.
