Kisii University Vice Chancellor Prof John Akama has called on all graduates to focus on using their gained skills to develop society.
According to Akama, the institute's 2016 class had gained various skills that could be useful in developing and expanding society.
"The University has done its job in equipping all graduates with relevant skills. However, it is now the role of the graduates to go out and let their impact be felt. They need to now focus on developing the society and world at large," said Akama.
The VC made the remarks during Kisii University's 4th graduation ceremony held on Friday.
At least 3,000 students graduated.
