Speaking today in response to yesterday’s prayer meeting at Afraha Stadium Nakuru, he says it is a waste of  time and resources.

“It is the suspects who have won the cases at the ICC, not Kenyans. They are using taxpayers money to hold a prayer meeting which has no significant to the citizens of Kenya who lack food and clothing," he said.

He says the leaders should focus on development and what actually took them to power instead of rejoicing over the ICC acquittal.

“A lot of Kenyans are still trapped in poverty. It is high time the two top political leaders of the country focus all their energy on working since they no longer have obstacles and diverted concentrations unlike the past and we expect more to be delivered to the citizens who chose them,” said Kiai.
