Mutua was speaking in Kisii when he met delegates and aspirants of Maendeleo Chap Chap party from Kisii region.

Mutua also promised fair nominations to the aspirants. Mutua later visited Kisii market and witnessed hardworking by Kenyans and he promised that Maendeleo Chap Chap seeks to improve market and facilitate trading.
