Deputy president William Ruto has been urged to look up to President Uhuru Kenyatta if he wants to become.
Speaking in Kisii town, Prof Jonathan Osore said the Deputy presidents politics are divisive and aimed at hitting his opponents.
He hailed President Uhuru Kenyatta terming him as a wise leader who reserved his words.
He said DP William Ruto is not likely to win the 2022 general elections if he keeps creating enmity with Kenyans through attacking his political rivals.
He said Ruto has always been outspoken every time the opposing side pose a challenge to him and the government.
"Ruto is quick at attacking his political rivals instead of bringing them closer unlike the president who draws close his opponents," he said.
“Ruto should follow the footsteps of the president and avoid divisive politics if he wants to remain relevant in his political career,” he added.
