Eat vegetables 

Most vegetables have antioxidants, vitamin A, B, C and so on. These vitamins play vital roles in combatting mycobacterium tuberculosis. They also boost the immune system by promoting production of white blood cells. Vegetables to consider include spinach, carrots, kales, pigweed and so on.

Eat fruits

People who love eating fruits are always as fit as a fiddle. Eating more fruits will keep the malady at bay. Fruits are also endowed with numerous antioxidants that combat the malady. Some fruits have anti-microbials properties as well. Hence, you are advised to eat more fruits for betterment.

Consume plenty of whole grains.

Whole grains include wheat, pastas, cereals and bread. These foods  fight tuberculosis by suppressing mycobacterium tuberculosis. They have been found to boost the immune system as well.
