Pumpkin

Pumpkin has many health benefits for the body. From Beta-carotene, vitamins A, E and C all are vital in keeping your skin looking young and slow down the aging process.

Dark Chocolate

Chocolate is a vice to many so the fact that it is also good for your skin can only be a plus. Dark chocolate is known to keep the skin looking youthful since it is rich in flavanols which are known to protect the skin for UV rays and reverse the aging process.
